Oh. My. God. Don’t walk, run to Turo Turo! The atmosphere and the service were nothing short of amazing, but the food… THE FOOD It was absolutely phenomenal. I have traveled all over Alaska, and I’ve lived in Vegas, where we had some of the best cuisine in the world, and this place found a place at the very top of my list, and in my heart. The lumpia was the best I’ve ever had and the crispy chicken bao buns were pure magic. I frequent Valdez for work, and I can only hope they will stay open a little bit longer this season, so I can try some of their other dishes.
The crispy chicken bao buns... 10000000% recommend. Everything we ordered was something we would order again.
DELICIOUS And the owner was very happy and friendly! If you’re hungry, this food truck is a must!
We had the chance to eat a delicious lunch from Turo Turo while we were in Valdez this week. Lady Ann and her family have a wonderful array of authentic Filipino food. Everything was yummy but the chicken adobo was really extra special and flavorful. The lumpia were great and larger than my husband’s relatives usually make and the pancit I loved better than his mom’s recipe but that’s because Turo Turo uses thicker noodles than the typical thin vermicelli. Stop by and visit them. Such a great unexpected meal.
Excellent flavors, not much seating but that was fine. We were doing takeaway anyway. I would recommend it. I had the Bao buns and spring rolls. Others had tofu and tacos. All great.
10/10 we tasted the menu and everything we got was bomb! Best food truck, cant believe took me so long to try it. The pork on pancit was to die for.
Turo-Turo Food Truck offers a delightful selection of Asian cuisine that truly captures the essence of traditional flavors. From savory stir-fried noodles to aromatic barbecues, each dish is carefully crafted to take your taste buds on a journey through the diverse culinary landscape of Asia. The menu features a variety of options, ranging from classic favorites like Chicken Adobo and for vegetarians, the Vegetable Pancit Canton and Tofu Rice Bowl. I would highly recommend to try one of their bestsellers (my personal faves) , Pork BBQ, Bahn mi and Bao Buns. With generous portions and affordable prices, Turo-Turo Food Truck is a must-try for anyone craving authentic Asian flavors on the go.
This is one of the best places to eat in Valdez! The bao buns are a go to for me. The service is great and the food is so delicious!
